These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of dangermma.com (the “Site”), which is owned and operated by Ring Media Group LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. About the Site
The Site celebrates the mixed martial arts career of Matt “Danger” Schnell and is for general information and entertainment. The Site is not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), Zuffa, LLC, or TKO Group Holdings, or by any other promotion or broadcaster mentioned on the Site.
3. Accuracy of information
Fight records, statistics, and career details are compiled from public sources such as UFC.com, UFCStats, Sherdog, and Wikipedia, as noted on the Site. We try to keep them accurate, but we don’t guarantee that they are complete, current, or error-free. Corrections are welcome at info@dangermma.com.
4. Intellectual property
The Site’s design, layout, and original text are © 2026 Ring Media Group LLC. Photographs, videos, logos, names, and trademarks shown on the Site belong to their respective owners. UFC and related marks are trademarks of Zuffa, LLC. Embedded videos are provided by YouTube and remain the property of the channels that published them. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, or sell its content without permission from the relevant owner.
If you believe material on the Site infringes your rights, email info@dangermma.com with the page address, a description of the material, and your contact details, and we will review it promptly.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site. This includes attempting to disrupt or overload it, accessing it by automated means in a way that harms its operation, probing for vulnerabilities, or using it for any unlawful purpose. Do not click on ads in an artificial way or encourage others to do so.
6. Advertising and third-party content
The Site may display ads served by Google AdSense and its partners, and it links to or embeds third-party services such as YouTube, Instagram, and UFC.com. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services, or for their privacy practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
7. Messages you send us
The contact form opens your own email app. Please don’t send confidential or sensitive information. Sending a message does not create any agreement or obligation to book, sponsor, or respond.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ring Media Group LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to US $100.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Ring Media Group LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
